Title: Multiphase Detection Matching Segmentation (MDMS) Based Fingerprint Matching and Categorization

Abstract: Fingerprint recognition system plays a pivotal role in Biometric identification system. Fingerprint impressions play a very important role in identifying criminals in the court of law. Hidden fingerprints which are found in various objects are called latent fingerprints. Fingerprints can be acquired with the help of chemical dusting or by clicking a simple photograph. These fingerprint impressions are found to be of bad value due to the presence of scars, wounds, poor background light and small common area. In this research work, we propose Multiphase Detection Matching Segmentation (MDMS) algorithm to improve the matching accuracy.

Title:Evaluation of effectiveness of Unit Testing in Java

Abstract: In this paper, we demonstrate the application of proposed approach by an experiment evaluating three control-flow based coverage criteria viz. block coverage, branch coverage and predicate coverage using Java programs. For each test-programs, we construct a sufficiently large test-pool consisting of JUnit[3] test cases and obtained coverage information for the test cases using a byte code coverage analyzer tool Java Code-Coverage, EclEmma[4]. Then we construct multiple minimal test suites for each of the three coverage criteria and test multiple mutants of the test-program using these minimal test suites.

Title: Microgrid Integration and Stability Improvement

Abstract: In this paper the modeling of microgrid comprising diesel generator and synchronous generator as the equivalent microsources is done. As in the microgrid there are various distributed generation sources are integrated to each other and to the main grid also, similarly here also the diesel generator and the synchronous generator are modeled as microgrid with IEEE 9 bus system. Integration studies are done and the stability problem is addressed. Among the several issues related with the microgrid with DGs, stability analysis is of particular interest. Although some of the stability studies of microgrid with DGs have been reported in the literature, here to address the problem of the voltage instability in the system FACTS device is introduced in the system which stabilizes the disturbances in the system when the fault occurs. The different cases are studied: when there is no fault in the system and when the fault is on the diesel generator side of the system.

Because the construction of new transmission line is not easy. The many factor effects the construction of new transmission line. This paper explain the MATLAB/SIMULINK model of interline power flow controller. Because the interline power flow controller is series connected device. Interline power flow controller control the active and reactive power in multiline. In this paper describes, when the interline power flow controller is installed in the two transmission line. Title:Finite Difference Solution of Unsteady Mass Transfer Flow through an Inclined Plate with Suction

Abstract: The effects of mass transfer on fluids through an inclined plate with suction velocity have been investigated. The governing partial differential equations have been non-dimensionalzed by using usual transformations. Finite difference technique has been used to solve the obtained governing non-linear coupled partial differential equations. The numerical solutions are obtained for momentum and concentration equation. The effects of various interesting parameters on the flow has been analyzed and discussed through graph in detail. The values of Local Skin- Friction, Average Skin- Friction and Sherwood number have been optimized and also elucidated in form of graphs.

Abstract: The installed capacity of wind power is increasing very fastly. In china, wind power generation is doubled after every year. The one important thing is impact on the power system stability by the wind power generation. In this thesis, power quality impact of wind turbine on the system is described. The main problem in the wind power generation is stability. Because the wind is not constant and Due to this the power is not constant and quality of power is decreased. By using the flexible AC transmission system (FACTS) devices, the stability of voltage is also increased. When the fault is accrue in the system and the voltage in the line is reduced or dip. Then the UPFC gives reactive power compensation to line. Basically the unified power flow controller second generation FACTs device which control the real and reactive power of system. The aim of thesis is to increase the voltage stability of system and make system more stable in heavy and light loading conditions. When the line to ground fault accrue in system. The voltage of line is reduced. The voltage sag is also accruing in the line voltage. In this time, the flexible AC transmission system is used to support line voltage by injecting the reactive power to line. Because flexible AC transmission system is very essential and popular device in the power system. In this paper, we have done the performance evaluation survey on the vehicle detection techniques for the various applications in the last 15 years. The neural network has been taken into account to find the base model in accordance with the other vehicle detection models. This survey primarily focuses upon the effect of neural network for the vehicle detection. The hybrid deep neural networks (HDNN) has found robust, flexible and highly accurate than its other counterparts.

Title: A 45 nm 6 Bit Low Power Current Steering Digital to Analog Converter Using GDI Logic

Abstract: In this paper, The Design and Implementation low power Current Steering Digital to Analog Converter in 45 nm technology using GDI Logic using Tanner v15 S-Edit and T-Spice is presented. This architecture gives the most optimized results in terms of speed, resolution and power. The designed 6-bit DAC operates with two supply voltages, 1 V and 3.3 V. The simulation result shows the transient analysis waveforms of current Steering DAC. The average power dissipation 364.06 W. The tool used for simulation is Tanner v15 S-Edit and T-Spice. Comparisons show that as compare to the CMOS logic, the GDI logic it consists low power.
